Interview
During my tenure with Samsung which is now almost 4yrs, I have been quite lucky
to be associated with various levels of people with exposure to multivarious assignments. It has been a good learning curve, and great exposure. This definitely
has sharpened my managerial skills, Communication and Interpersonal relations.
Management is quite Open and pro-employee. They don’t only talk about participative management they also practice it. We can proudly say that lot of actions being taken
by management meet the pace of present business requirements.
The Cultural Differences are bridged and middle path has already been formulated to established ourself as a global entity. With the present Culture and practices we will definitely achieve our vision at a faster pace.
